CE Workshops
Cara is a Brainspotting Specialty Workshop Provider and offers in person EquiAttune Workshops for people with all levels of equine experience, including no equine experience. All workshops are also open to Equine Specialist who work in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning Services.

A 6 session online specialty Brainspotting consultation group that will meet once a month to discuss topics related to creatively incorporating the Neuroexperiential Model and the Dual Attunement Frame into equine assisted psychotherapy and learning sessions (EAS). All consultations will be from 11am-12pm PST.
6 month commitment - One 1hr meeting a month. Dates TBA
Cost ~ $390 (1 time payment for all 6 sessions).

Facilitated by Cara Wilkerson:
Cara is a LMFT licensed in Ca, Tx, and Fl. She is a Brainspotting and EMDRIA Specialty Workshop Provider and Consultant,and Advanced Dual Certified in the Eagala Model of equine assisted psychotherapy. In addition, Cara is Level 1 trained in the Natural Lifemanship model of equine assisted psychotherapy.

EquiAttune Retreats are designed for Brainspotting Practitioners to process through Limbic Countertransference, Expand on strengths and resiliences, and support one another in continued growth.
